对于新入园幼儿必须进行体检，持有健康证明，及免疫证复印件，体检合格后方可入园。
Children who are new to the kindergarten must have a physical examination,a copy of their health certificate,and a copy of their disease immunization certificate.They can only enter the kindergarten after passing the physical examination.
做好接种、漏种登记，做好在园幼儿的年度体检，完成全园教职员工的年度体检；对于体弱幼儿建立管理档案。
Stay up to date with all vaccinations,record any missing vaccinations,make sure to bring children in for an annual health check-up,complete annual health check-ups for all kindergarten staff,establish full and detailed records for especially frail children who require special attention.

做好晨检工作，严格按照“一摸、二看、三问、四查”的制度，做好五大器官的检查（包括皮肤、眼神）。
Do a good morning check.Inspection of the five major organs(including skin and eyes)shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the system of"one-touch,two-see,three-questions and four-checks".
询问幼儿在家吃饭情况、睡眠、大小便有无异常；检查幼儿是否携带不安全物品来园。
Ask your child if he or she is eating at home,sleeping,and if there are any abnormalities when he or she is defecating or urinating.Check whether children are bringing unsafe items to the kindergarten.
每天做好带药幼儿的带药记录工作，并按时发药、喂药，做好幼儿的全天观察记录。
Make sure to do a good job of recording any medicine the child needs to take that day,distribute and feed the medicine to the child on time,and thoroughly maintain observation records of the child throughout the day.

做好常见病、多发病的预防工作；做好消杀、灭蚊工作，消灭传染病的传染源、切断传播途径，杜绝传染病在园内的发生。
Do a good job in the prevention of common and frequently occurring diseases;eliminate and kill mosquitoes,eliminate sources of infectious diseases,cut off the ways of transmission,and put an end to the occurrence of infectious diseases.

制定每周定量食谱，并严格监督执行。

幼儿膳食实行花样化、多样化，干湿搭配，米面搭配、咸甜搭配、粗细搭配、根据季节、气候特点对食谱进行科学、合理的调整。
Children's diet pattern,diversification,combination of dry and wet foods,rice and noodles combination,salty and sweet combination,thick and fine combination,should all be appropriately adjusted according to climate characteristics of the season,recipes are all scientifically based according to nutritional and environmental needs.
纠正幼儿偏食、挑食、边吃边玩等问题。
Correct children’s eating misbehaviors such as picky eating,refusal to eat,and eating while playing.

幼儿园厨房、教室、寝室、活动室、户外场地、大厅每一角落，制定严格的清洁制度和消毒制度。
Strict cleaning and disinfection rules shall be formulated for every corner of the kitchen,classrooms,dormitory,activity rooms,outdoor activity areas,and main hall of the kindergarten.
每周一小检、每月一大检，杜绝一切卫生死角。
A small inspection will be conducted every week and a big inspection will be conducted every month to make sure all corners are sanitary.
同时，加强对常见病的预防工作，加大力度切断一切传染源，杜绝传染病的传入与流行。
At the same time,also to strengthen the prevention of common diseases,strengthen efforts to cut off all sources of infection,and put an end to the introduction and spread of infectious diseases.
定期组织安全大检查，发现问题及时上报解决，以保证幼儿在园内活动的安全性。
